On Wednesday the 19th of July 2006 Carlingford High School had an International Day. The international day went for about half of the day. There was stalls of all different cultures set up across the school. We could wear mufti to school or our countries traditional costume. I chose to wear mufti because i was in Australia and australia doesnt really have a traditional costume. There was lots of different activities to do on the day. At Australia there was a pie eating contest. My friend James went in the pie eating contest he came 2nd. At the Korean stall there was a game called sock wrestling. It sounded like a weird game but it looked pretty fun. There was lots of different types of food at different stalls. At the american stall there was hot dogs. At the Italian stall there was spaghetti to buy. You could buy ice cream at the German and also the Japanese Stall. I got some ice cream at the German Stall. I got the hazelnut flavour. The international day was pretty fun .

I started school in 1999 at Carlingford Public School just off Marsden Rd at Carlingford. I stayed at that school until i went to High school in 2006 which i am now in Yr 7 at Carlingford High. I had a few friends from my old school that have come to Carlingford High aswell as me and i have also met quiet a few friends at high school aswell. There was 27 people from my old school that came to Carlo high to be exact. I am not friends with all of them but i am friends with most of them.
